“It was okay and clean, but to get an excellent rating it has to be pretty perfect. Not sure if you are asking about food later, continental breakfast was not the greatest, no bread to toast, no choices of jellies, note says do not use microwave to cook oatmeal but to use the hot water from coffee maker.”

“I gave the overall 4-star rating because the manager (owner?) was so helpful and eager to make my stay comfortable. Having said that, the place is undergoing remodeling so the current (unremodeled) rooms are dated and a bit rundown, but they have everything you need if you're not planning on spending all day in the room; a comfortable bed, a functioning bathroom, streaming TV, and even a little couch and desk. I look forward to staying here again when the renovations are complete.”

“A group of women stayed for the first Oktoberfest weekend. We had a great time in New Ulm! The property fit all of our needs, was very clean, easy to check in to, had a backyard we spent time in, and was in a quiet, safe neighborhood.
