“Nice small hotel close to the beach. Very friendly and helpful staff! Supermarket, french bakery and busstop not far away. The island is amazing with lovely beaches. Can recommend bus- and boat tours. The wi-fi is OK. Many channels on the cable TV.”

“With the assistance of desk staff , Tacoma, a personal property loss at the airport was resolved with his efficiency, knowledge, and kindness. kudos to him! Property appears to be in need of renovation and updated maintenance. Stairs difficult without a working elevator. No ability to lock the sliding doors to ground level balcony. AC less than adequate - never got room temperature below 80*”

“I have to start by saying the beach is beautiful. The location is great not far from the boardwalk / phillipsburg or Simpson bay. The staff is very friendly and attentive. Taxi rides aren’t that bad, $20 to get you to most places. $40 on the high end the farther you go. Great vibes. Only negative I would say is the rooms are a little on the shabby side but take in mind they did get hit hard by the hurricanes and are still fixing stuff to get back to pristine. But overall great trip....

“Had another fantastic stay here while traveling for work. It is always a pleasure staying at the Azure - the atmosphere is super relaxed and Michael and Fawnette are such nice people. This is for sure the best place to stay in the Simpson Bay Area if you ask me - right off the uncrowded part of the beautiful beach with lots of heart and soul to it! I am not a fan of big, impersonal hotels and this is everything else than that.”

“This hotel was really amazing!! I had read some positive reviews about this hotel already, but it was even better than I expected. Everything about this hotel was perfect. You get such good value for the money. Everything from the rooms that are spacious, to the fabulous breakfast, to the location on the beach, friendly waiters in the restaurant - everything was really really great! Highly recommend this hotel to everyone who plan to stay in St Martin in Philipsburg. Will definitley be back!! ”
