“The place is cozy and fit our needs. It is off of some dirt roads, so be cautious when driving. The place was very comfortable. We enjoyed sitting on the front porch drinking coffee in the morning. Our host was easy to get in touch with and responded quickly to any question we had. We found a market (Kinfolk) just outside where we were staying; highly recommend you visit it!”

“Beautiful setting on Appleton City Lake. Cottages are right on the lake and it was fun to wake up to the mist rising from the lake, rooster crowing in the distance. Later enjoy sitting in the sunshine and watching the ducks and sparrows on the lake, also heard some cows mooing. Just enjoy the fresh country air! Rustic Duck restaurant was very accommodating too. ”
