“Our stay at Sugar Beach was excellent. At the beautiful location between the Pitons we were greeted by our friendly butler who had prepared a nice welcoming for me and my pregnant wife. The entire staff was very friendly, helpful and attentive to my wife’s needs. We tried all the different restaurant options and everything from the lunch burger to the steak dinner was great. “Me and my family had the best time at Coconut bay! Every employee was so nice and accommodating, the food was very good and lots of fun things to do on the resort for kids. The only downside is the main beach is the Atlantic Ocean which we found the waves were too rough to go in and enjoy the water, but that’s not the resorts fault. The resort itself was beautiful, highly recommend staying here :)”

“Fin strand men lång backe till rummet. Personalen under frukosten var oengagerade, men var glada när de t ex såg turister som de kände igen. De glömde ofta vad vi hade beställt och hade ingen kommunikation. Om jag t ex beställde kaffe missade de ofta det, man fick ofta påtala det. Ingen kommunikation. Ofta var det så att de frågade vad jag beställde, istället för att fråga varandra. Vi fick upprepa oss. Helt okej ställe, men inget för den som söker lyx. Fåtöljer i rummet luktade kiss och tyget...

“This is a very nice stay. Isolated on a very steep hill. I took a walk one day and the way uphill was cruel! But there are shuttles to city and beach everyday. At my stay they were renovating the floor above me. Unfortunately. The noice was terrible. I needed to work and have some teams meeting, didnt work from ny room. They will be finished and then possibly all nice again.”

"Location location location! This resort is about 15 meter from beach, and the beach is really good! I had a room with w view towards the beach and I enjoyed it very much! The resort is within walking distance to the Rodney Bay center with supermarkets and malls. There is also shuttle service two times each hour to, and from, Bay Garden hotel, closer to center of Rodney Bay. The resort is also close to other restaurants in the area. The staff is very VERY friendly and provides service, always with a smile! All these are on the reosrts upside and If I return to St Lucia I will probably stay at the same resort. But there are some things I would like to be improved: The small deli shop needs better opening hours and more selection of, for exemple, medications. There also are only one restaurant and for a all-inclusive resort, there should be more to choose from (even that you are entitled to go to the other Bay gardens hotels restaurants too). The food at this restauran (High tide) is very good, but I would have enjoyed more kinds of food to choose from. BUT overall I liked the resort a lot! "
