“Hospitality was nice. The only problem was that our room didn’t have any towels and the shower curtain was missing.”

“We had to change rooms because the AC fan wouldn’t turn off. In the next room the toilet stool seeped constantly. For the price I feel we could have done better.”

“This is a one bedroom hotel type style listing. It has a large bed, couch bed, and nice bathroom. The owner is awesome, he responds immediately to any questions. Outdoor living, the patio is beautiful, the backyard is large and fenced in for pets. It has a boat dock and is an excellent place for fishing. Overall, we had a great experience. ”

“The structure is a modified shipping container, which folds out rather ingeniously to create a small but functional living space. The amenities fall a little short of what one might expect for a fully stocked lake house. However, it was clean, the AC cold and the shower hot so it fit our needs adequately.The host was available to answer questionsI might suggest curtains on the front glass wall for privacy in the bedroom.”

“Beverly is an excellent hostess. Totally on top of her place. It’s clean and comfortable. Fully stocked. Comfortable beds. She opens up her home to you. Plus, the Badin Lake area is beautiful. I would highly recommend this property if you plan to be in the area.”

“Great little house on lake. Able to keep boat at the dock and room to park trailer at property. Close to marina and restaurants via water which was great for us as we were on the water the whole time. Loved the outdoor space at the home as well. Can't wait to return. ”
