“Ok so I just got home from my trip to Graham. It was my boyfriend and I and here is my list of the pros and cons of this place.Cons:There was only a bigger fridge than most hotels and a microwave but no coffee maker or iron. Upon entering,we were over taken by the smell of rank cigarette smell. The floors were wet so we assumed they had just mopped. Turning on the ac, they started to dry. 20 mins later, the floors were wet again. We wiped it with a towel and the white towel became black. Very...

“This was a very clean room. The sheets, pillows and towels were very clean. The room and bathroom were so nice, that it would be easy to be super picky about some things, like other reviews say. There isn't a closet, like a place to hang your clothes, except a small place in the bathroom. But we had all the hot water we wanted. The a/c worked good. It was over 100 degrees outside but our room could stay at 70 and at night it could go a lot cooler. The maintenance of the property and room was...

“These cabins have a lot of charm and warmth to them. Newly remodeled, next to the burger bar, and great relocation just off I-20. We caught live music by the pool on a Friday night - can’t get that for the price anywhere else!”

“Room was clean, parked right outside our door, staff very friendly, AC was clean & quiet. Asked for extra pillows and got them with no problem. Enjoyed our stay very much. Felt safe (had smoke detector, chain on door, and door closed solidly); bed was very comfortable.”

“Room door was just “unlocked”, as were window. As a single woman that was unnerving. Need to put something on the floor under the beds legs so it doesn’t just move around the room. The room was clean which was nice. I didn’t understand why an envelope for tipping the housekeeper was in the room as the rules said to clean all dishes, empty refrigerator and throw away garbage in outside bin.”

“Me and my son stayed overnight on 6/13/26 for a baseball tournament. It was a great room at a fantastic price. I couldn’t get my tv to work, and two employees came right away to fix it. One of them made it back to my room from the office to help before I did! It has recently been remodeled and had everything we needed for a short overnight stay. Almost everything in the room was brand new! All of the staff was very kind and helpful. Don’t skip over this hotel if you’re looking in Graham.”

“The place was in need of repairs. The room was clean inside, but the furnishings were old and wore out. No ice machines or vending machines. Way over priced for what you get.”

“My first impression was, neat and unpretentious. Then I lay down. Bed & pillows were rock hard. I needed to do some work with my computer -- desk but no plug to recharge & only light was from behind. TV with list of channels but remote wouldn't access them. The coffee makers cord was too short to reach the outlet! And clean -- maybe not, considering huge accumulation of dead bugs in overhead light. Also, extremely weak water pressure in shower. Never again!”

“Inside the Cabin was clean, kitchen faucet is loose. The sitting area overlooking the river is beautiful & serene. The outside of the property has a lot of potential but is somewhat cluttered/unkept— but the view is awesome. The Host was helpful & responsive. ”

“I was able to keep my son and his friend off devices and any electronics for three solid days. Due to no Internet and just being one with nature And our main reason for the visit which was also extremely amazing and was only a short distance away Palo Pinto Mountains State Park, open beginning 2024. Stunning! Got to check it out and this is the place to stay! ”

“The most beautiful place and cozy tiny home . I give it 10/10 The scenery is out of this world. I came with my hiking group to visit the new Palo Pinto mountains to honor our friends and avid hiker who passed away . Just exactly what we were looking for. Very clean and friendly host . I will recommend to my friends.”
