“the check in was very disappointing. we drove 3 in a half hours was looking forward to relaxing when we got there and you even asked when we would get there which was 4pm for check in when we got there we were told the room was not ready and you would text us when it was ready so we drove around. we were on a limited budget so we did not have any plans that night. finally at 5:30 we got the text to pick up the keys of course I think that was when everyone else got the text too so we had to wait...

“Where do I even start? Upon booking the stay, one of our parties was limited mobility so we requested a first floor room to help accommodate them easier. My wife called prior to check in to confirm first floor availability and was assured that our needs would be taken care of. When we arrived, both rooms booked were on the third floor.
