“Dirty, worn, bad food, bad service”

“I booked a feature room, which was outstanding. Took my entire team here for a celebration. The hotel is beyond exceptional, and staff can't do enough for you. A few things to note the sauna and steam room are both cold. They need to do something about this for guests. I spent over £3000 with the five rooms that were booked. It would be nice if this was recognised, being such a big booking and the additional spent on treatments. The surroundings were just beautiful and the massage I...

“Overall, the hotel is quite nice. Unfortunately, it’s challenging to contact the front desk from the rooms and we had to request three times to get a second set of towels for the two of us. The air conditioning wasn’t turned on so the room was quite stuffy as the windows do not open. The location was superb, the staff friendly, and the room was comfortable. Overall, a nice experience.”

“Fantastic place, staff and accomodation.”

“Mysigt ställe, rent och snyggt. Vi åker gärna tillbaka.”

“Dumbleton Hall has undergone a huge multi-million pound refurbishment, and it shows. The finish combines beautiful finishes, sumptuous fabrics and age-worn character features which have been tastefully restored. The staff were all extremely polite and attentive, with the exception of one evening when we were left waiting to order drinks. The drinks were delivered and by way of an apology they were on the house. Things happen in any business but I do feel it's how these things are handled which...
