“The over water bungalows were lovely, as was the location. The staff were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the food (breakfast was okay) was a really low standard for lunch and dinner. There was a buffet; but it was not quite right. Also, room service was really unpleasant food too -- if the food quality could be addressed, it would be an amazing stay!”

“Our stay has been amazing. The beach right in front of the property is stunning and you are at a short distance of Kuto beach and Kanumera Bay. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, and impressed us by predicting our needs either for an airport pickup or to ensuring we were grabbing dinner prior to the restaurants closing. The rooms are clean and the place is very peaceful. We would definitely recommend the property for those visiting Ile de Pines.”

“We booked a garden view room. The room was big and overall the property was great. The spa pool was closed and some of the restaurants were working in non traditional hours during our stay. Staff was friendly and extremely helpful. We were disappointed with the experience we had with our keys. We were allocated a room for the two nights and every time we came out of the room, we needed to spend 30-60 minutes to get back to our room, because our door lock was not working. “The location was great, right near bus stops, in between the bays, easy walk to restaurants and cafes and beaches. The apartments were very poorly maintained though, for example the door lock was practically falling off, a kitchen drawer did fall off, etc.”

“All in all a good hotel and we were happy with it. The great location and price made it worth the minor things. We had a beautiful balcony view of the pool area and the ocean. It is close to convenient stores where we bought breakfast as we didn't want to pay for the buffet. Bought baguettes and fruits and some cheese and had that on the balcony with the view. “Wonderful sea view from the apartment. Balcony was a lovely place to be first thing in the morning & also in the evening to watch sunset. Just a quick walk to Anse Vata beach for amazing swimming with lifeguards on duty. Very convenient to head out to duck or master islands for the day( just pop across the road) Well equipped kitchen with full size fridge/ freezer which made it so convenient.”
