“This was an excellent property and Marsha and Jerry, the hosts, were extremely attentive to our needs. the house is very well supplied with all your indoor and outdoor activities. Great boat ramp, great two (2) docks, great patio, grill, screened in porch, and easy access from the house to the water. My only complaint, and very minor, is that there is a 100 extra fee per pet. It is listed on the VRBO site and I thought that VRBO would collect it. They don't, so be prepared to pay if you...

“Property is in an ideal location on beautiful Lake Martin. Property Manager was always quick to respond to any questions. The outside deck and pier was fantastic. The inside is updated and well furnished. The only exception is the master bathtub needs to be replaced. The 2nd bathroom tub had some drainage issues. We also found a couple of large utensils that had been put away without being washed. All in all I would recommend this property and would stay here again.”

“We enjoyed our stay. Cabin was very clean & just as advertised. Communication with owner was very good. Didn’t watch the tv but had no problems with internet. Beautiful view from back deck. Brought our pontoon boat so spent most of our time either on the water or on the back deck. Nearest public boat ramp was about 15 minutes away but was no issue at all. Very easy to find. If ever in this area again would definitely consider renting again. ”
