8.4 av 10, Mycket bra, (920 recensioner)
“Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the room was very disappointing. The carpet was visibly dirty with multiple stains, and the furniture did not appear to have been properly cleaned. There was dust throughout the room, and overall it felt poorly maintained and unhygienic.
For a hotel, this level of cleanliness is simply not acceptable. I expected a much higher standard, and this significantly affected my stay. This is not my first stay...”
