“We booked the Vulkan Wellness Panzio Hotel and arrived at 3.55pm. We were told there was a receptionist until 8 pm but no one was there. There was a notice on the door to ring. We phoned the number and were told no room was alocated to us but we had been given a room in the sister hotel. It took us some time and a number of phone calls and an email to the same person to gain the address of this second hotel due to language barriers. We arrived to thishotel and a young male receptionist told us...

“My room was clean.... no TV, however shower was outside, toilet was outside. The toilet was dirty, no toilet paper!!!! I paid 2 nights, I left after 1 night... yak, yak, yak...”
