“I stayed for four nights and I do not recommend this hotel. The room and hotel was overall dirty and had a very funky smell that sticked to everything that was in the room. Further, the toilet clogged the first night and was not repaired until the third day (even though notice was given to the reception), entailing that I had to use the toilet in the reception for two days. When informing the reception the first time, they responded "it is common, try to flush". Also, I am pretty sure that I did...

“The person in reception did not know how to solve the problem, possible a new staff? The air condition in my room was not working and she said because I booked with Expedia she can not give me other room that match my reservation. At the end I was charged for food and beer that I never ordered and they after 2 days still didn’t return my money. Thanks”

“Housekeeping was not responsive or cleaned very well . Other than that the staff was nice and property was clean. The room did not get cleaned well. Parking is hard as well.”

“Stayed only for one night and arrived really late so we didn't see the surroundings. The hotel is very standard. In the morning we found out that we was looking at a dump with old cars and stuff. The included breakfast have to improve a lot to be worth staying for. Right across the street are a McDonalds which was our choice.”

“Great location, 2-minute walk to Ithaca Commons, 5 minute drive to Cornell University. Rooms are clean, hotel is well maintained. Free parking available 2 complains: 1. no hot tub, only pool and the water is a bit cold (even though it's scorching outside) 2. security is a bit lax. side doors and elevator have card readers but guests are not required to use them even late at night.”
