“The room we stayed in had a drain pipe or a water connection going right under or next to the mini fridge, made a water dripping/flowing noise throughout the night, made it impossible to sleep. We planned to extend our stay because it was a beautiful property, but the water noise is a resin enough to not stay here.”

“LOVED this place. It was quiet and peaceful and adorable. The bed was so comfy. The owner Jeff was friendly and helpful. It was very convenient - 20ish min each to Penn Yan and to Watkins Glen and very close to so many wineries. I would recommend in a heartbeat. ”

“Loved everything about this B&B. It was nice and peaceful with the upstairs balcony, closed porch and two roofed patios with fire pits. Staff were very nice and excellent with the tour and breakfast. And their reliability to stock the fire pits. Only thing was the pool was said to be heated but still very cold. Would definitely stay here again. ”

“Truly Beautiful and amazing place. We loved our two night stay and would come back again and again. Loved the food from Sapalta and breakfast buffet was stellar (for purchase). The team of people working were lovely and made us feel very welcome!!! We were one of the last people to stay as it was the end of season but they never made us feel that way!”
