“Our stay worked out just fine. The bathroom was large and well lighted for the size of house. The kitchen was well stocked. The bath linens were of high quality. More towel racks for the kitchen and bath would have been nice. It is a TINY house so expect to feel a little cramped at times, especially if the weather is bad and you cannot enjoy the spacious outdoors. “We had an absolutely amazing time staying in Shannon’s “Home Away From Home”! We were in town for a graduation ceremony and this was the perfect choice! There are a lot of thoughtful touches that show that the hosts really went the extra mile. The beds are large and very very comfortable. “Perfect location to stay for an event at the Valcour Inn. Best suited for 1 couple with a child or 2. Tight fit for 2 couples - consider the larger house.If bringing a dog - do let them know in advance (I didn’t realize they needed to be notified in advance of the dog as the post said pet friendly.)Also, expect drop-bys from the owner with his children as you checkin and an hour before you checkout.
