Tight fit for 2 couples - consider the larger house.If bringing a dog - do let them know in advance (I didn’t realize they needed to be notified in advance of the dog as the post said pet friendly.)Also, expect drop-bys from the owner with his children as you checkin and an hour before you checkout.
