“Do not stay here rude staff dirty rooms all the rooms smell like smoke never again!”

“There was construction going on on my floor. It smelled bad. Then on my last day the fire alarm went off in the morning.”

“The front desk staff was so patient. We had a large group and he placed our rooms in such a way that it even made remembering where we were so easy.”

“Arrived to check in and there were two Orkin man trucks and actual Orkin men going in and out of the hotel. (Bedbugs?) I walked into the front of the building and was met with the most horrific smell. I stood at the front desk and waited to be acknowledge by the three workers that were speaking to each other. None of them acknowledged me. I had seen enough and left the hotel, and am working to get my booking fee back.”

“Inn was in a great location to RIT. Would stay again.”

“Very clean.”
