“The lodge is super rustic, which was really cool. There was plenty of room to socialize, eat, and gather around the fire. The bedrooms are cold, so prepare accordingly.It's a pretty short drive to Holiday Valley ski area. Roughly 15-20 mintues.My only knock is that we received no entry information from the owner prior to our arrival. The only message we got was "owner will be in touch with arrival info".We arrived very late in the evening and service in the valley where the property is located...

“This was our second time at this cabin. We had a wonderful stay! Extremely clean! Fully stocked kitchen. Was able to make a delicious prime rib dinner! Although we did not ski, we were able to snow shoe & it was fabulous! Fireplace was nice & cozy! We really enjoyed our Christmas away from home! David is a great host & an excellent communicator. Thanks for sharing your space with us!”

“Great layout, property, and amenities. The game room was the highlight for the kids and adults all weekend. Easy drive into ellicottville, but far enough away from town to enjoy quiet. Owners were very accommodating and easy to communicate with before and during our stay. Thanks for a great weekend!”

“Host was welcoming. We loved the layout of the house and throughly enjoyed the wood burning fireplace. It was very clean and had all the amenities to relax and not worry about a thing. We would love to visit in the fall to explore and enjoy the property. Wish they spent a little time with snow removal at the stairs, a bit challenging. They did a nice job plowing the driveway when we went into town. ”

“100 yard walk or less across the street to the Sunrise Quad where there was virtually no lift line. You can get your RF card in the lobby of the Inn at Holiday Valley across the street as well as pick up pre-packaged food/toiletries. ”
