“Very kind and accommodating hosts. There was a blackout problem, and also some bees underneath the deck outside the cabin, but that being said this is a cottage in the middle of the wood some of that is to be expected to not bother me, and host is taking care of it once brought to attention. Great place to stay with pups in a beautiful and rustic setting with tons of nice roads to walk on surrounded by nature. “We stayed here with 9 people. The place was large enough to accommodate us it was very spacious. We loved the beams and stone inside the house. The property was very clean. We would stay here again. The location was great for us because we were visiting wineries and breweries in the area. It was also close enough to Marlboro where my son lives. ”

We were only disappointed in the communication with the property manager due to the holiday and technical issues. If you stay in the winter make sure the fireplace has been serviced as the smoke filled the room due to a faulty draft. ”

“Two things I felt were needed: 1) better lighting outside along the road up to the Atlas. At night time, it is quite dark and the house on the right where we turn was lit up but not the hotel office. It was confusing. 2) A much bigger sign is needed for the hotel office. Again at night is when many guests arrive and once you are inside I had to figure out their old system of picking up the phone and wait for someone to come check me in. ”
