“Beautiful, clean, secluded cabin . Centered between Allegheny, Letchworth, Niagara . Host was responsive and very gracious. Ac is in the main room , and we couldn’t figure how to open the bedroom window and bedroom was a little warm, she brought us a fan which made the difference Loved drinking morning coffee on the front porch with the view , and the sunsets in the evening were spectacular.”

“Very clean property. Very well stocked kitchen. More than enough room in the bedrooms upstairs and downstairs. Hot tub was super easy to use to warm up. Very large backyard for a nice bonfire. Nice and quiet location about 15 mins from Ellicottville. Could not ask for a nicer place in that area!”

“Overall it was absolutely amazing! My family and I said we would gladly move in. We also did not want to leave! The fact the house has almost everything you need was a huge bonus. A few suggestions would to have a gate for the steps, we did go by one to be safe. Something more around the hot tub for like a speaker and stuff you need.”
