“Unfortunately, it's apparent that Webb's Resort needs some significant help. We selected this place due to its promixity to Chautauqua Institute -- but that was really the only thing going for it, beyond the staff. Things are deteriorating. The hallway from the main lobby to the rooms was filthy and obviously hadn't been washed in a long time. The continental breakfast was pretty much non-existent -- only 1 lonely banana and a few apples. Cereal and milk, no yogurt, no pastries -- just packaged...

“It was decent overall.The Cottage is right on the inlet which is nice and the location has a lot around it.Inside the cottage was nice. There were basic cooking utensils for inside cooking but none for the grill outside so plan to bring your own if needed.The cottage was clean and had fresh linens. There was a window ac unit in the bedroom to ensure it stayed a decent temperature for sleeping. The TV was easy to use and you can log into your accounts as needed. The wifi somehow wasn't strong and...
