“We stayed for a few nights over the holidays. The space is a renovated antique barn with absolutely beautiful and rustic interior decoration. The bed was so comfy, we cooked a few meals in the apt as well, and enjoyed a lovely morning walk around the pond into the neighboring field/park they’ve cleared. Host was extremely responsive and easy to contact. We had a very lovely time!”

“I stayed here while helping my son move to La Fayette, NY from NJ. This place is awesome! The room was spacious, clean, quiet & comfortable and the location is absolutely beautiful! There is a restaurant (the View) on premises which is crazy good, with a regular local crowd that is welcoming & friendly. “Stayed on night for a concert at Beak & Skiff. The room was spotless and bigger than anticipated. Beak & Skiff is just a short 5 miles away. Property has a bar and restaurant, we only had a drink so I cannot comment on the food, but service was great and the owners were very helpful. Would stay again if ever in the area.”

“We were a group of seven adult friends and also had another seven guests visit for a sort of reunion event. This house is an open concept with plenty of space to enjoy inside. The best part about this house was the side and back yards as well as a porch deck with a picnic table and a roof. Given the space and dates we stayed, we would highly recommend this place to all kinds of of people/groups to rent. I should also add that this house is a great value and for sure we will very likely return...

“Spent a wonderful relaxed quiet few days before the bustle of Christmas. The cottage is well-furnished, clean, and comfortable. We were the only occupied cottage when we were there and enjoyed the solitude on a beautiful lake.”

“Love love this area and the home/property. We fixed dinner at home 2 nights and ate out another. Kitchen was nicely stocked. The view of the lake and the western view made for stunning sunset pics. We would definitely stay here again!”

"Väldigt bra service av kvinnan som stod i receptionen. Under vistelsen i USA bodde vi även på flera dyrare hotel med mycket sämre service och samma nivå på rum. Det här hotellet hade allt vi behövde och väldigt trevlig personal samt rent och daglig städning. Det fanns gratis parkering, gym och frukost. Man kan gå till centrum men vet faktiskt inte om jag skulle göra det på kvällen/natten då det var lite skumma människor i närheten. Kände mig dock säker hela tiden. Åker jag tillbaka skulle jag definitivt välja detta istället för det dubbelt så dyra i centrum med dålig service. "
