“This house was fantastic! super clean, so pretty - very well appointed - this was such a luxurious trip for us! Although I grew up in the Buffalo area I had really never spent time on the either of the Great Lakes - this home is RIGHT on the beach - so close to Lake Ontario. We had rainy weather so no star gazing - but the hot tub at night was a wonderful way to end our busy days! Really nice location, super comfortable home! ”

“Windows were pretty grimy, the walls are really thin where I could hear full on conversations of the people next door, and the outdoor pool was closed for maintenance and a bit unsightly. Also there was no coffee options for when the Starbucks closed which was a bit disappointing. The towels and robe were starchy. One of the bottles in the shower was empty.”

“Have stayed at the two windows hotels in the area I half dozen times over the past two years. This past experience was awful girl at the front desk was argumentative to the point where she canceled four day reservations so I went to the other Wyndham just down the street to find out she had made it impossible for me to say at Indie Wyndham property unbelievable anger shown by this woman”

“The entire staff from the front end lobby to the breakfast manager was friendly and accommodating. Super clean and well maintained inside and outside also.”

“The room was clean. The hallway smelled of stale cigarettes, weed and drugs. I did not know that as of Monday the property would be closed due to multiple code violations and other issues. This morning when trying to check out there was no one at the front desk and I had to reach in and put the key card in a container. Glad it was only one night.there was no shampoo only small bars of hand soap. Not worth the price.”

“Väldigt oprofessionell personal som är obrydda och bråkar med varandra framför gästerna. Vid flera tillfällen såg vi personal sova i lobbyn och snarka högt. Väldigt ofräsch lobby och personal. Rummen var ok men inte prisvärda.”

“Staff was friendly. Breakfast was good. The room was not good. The room smelled and the solution from staff was to cover the smell with a spray that worked for a while but wore off. The room was very small for a king and awkward layout. There were 2 chairs. One was in a corner that you couldn’t sit in and couldn’t move. The other was a comfy desk chair but blocked the person sleeping on the right side of the bed from getting out of bed to the bathroom. We also only had one towel in the bathroom....

“Vi är inte nöjda med städningen. Det kändes inte rent, en dag hade städpersonalen missat att bädda med överkast (det låg på en stol) och lakan var felbäddade i båda sängarna. Mögel på AC:n. Slitet och väldigt hårda sängar. Trevlig frukost, bra tvättmöjligheter. ”
