“The room was smaller than expected but fortunately we were only staying one night. The room didn’t seem to have enough insulation and it was a cold, windy night when we arrived. The heating system worked great but the bathroom remained cold even with the door left open. It was easy to complete the check-in process and receive our door code. The only suggestions I would make is for more areas in the bathroom for supplies, maybe a small shelf and more drinking cups, only 2 were provided.”

“This location is absolutely beautiful. Very warm and welcoming and worked perfectly for our family get together for Thanksgiving There was a lot of snow the day we arrived and Dennis and Lisa checked in with us to make sure we arrived safely, which meant a lot to us. There is everything there that you might need during your trip. I am hoping we can make this our annual location for our family. ”

“The pictures do not do it justice! The view is amazing! There was more than enough room for our family. It was a cooler than usual weekend. So we really enjoyed the use of the fireplace. Thomas was great to work with during the whole process. Our grandchildren were in love with the place. They want to come back soon. All in all a wonderful experince.”

“The property outside and inside the hotel was clean. There was plenty of parking and the parking lot is well lit. The room was great overlooking the hill. The television was a nice size and staff was very helpful when I needed anything.”

“I had a good stay,staff was great. Only big issue was the breakfast as there was nowhere available to sit. I enjoyed my visit.”

“Vi är inte nöjda med städningen. Det kändes inte rent, en dag hade städpersonalen missat att bädda med överkast (det låg på en stol) och lakan var felbäddade i båda sängarna. Mögel på AC:n. Slitet och väldigt hårda sängar. Trevlig frukost, bra tvättmöjligheter. ”

“This hotel looks a little bit like it's from an old horror movie. Very long dark hallways. We entered into our room and there were splatters of something running down the wall, some sort of white stains all over the bag the blow dryer was in, the bottoms if the doors were all splintered and I could not bring myself to walk barefoot on the carpet. We lifted the mattress up to check for cleanliness and found a used sleep mask. I would not stay there again.”

“Väldigt oprofessionell personal som är obrydda och bråkar med varandra framför gästerna. Vid flera tillfällen såg vi personal sova i lobbyn och snarka högt. Väldigt ofräsch lobby och personal. Rummen var ok men inte prisvärda.”
