“Very clean and well appointed home. I really enjoyed my stay!”

“Everything was very clean and neat. However only one elevator was working and of course it was on the opposite end of the building from our room. The ice machines on most of the floors wasn't working. And the elevator that was working was missing some screws from the ceiling allowing it to bounce a bit as the elevator started or stopped moving. Breakfast was always the same scrambled eggs with sausage. 3 choices of bread, Pancakes, 2 cereals, small muffins, apples, juice or coffee. In your room...

“All the HVACS need to be serviced. They need to strip the hotel of any/all carpet, curtains, sheets, pillows & pillow cases, shower curtains and towels. Perhaps change any/all air filters to get fresh air and circulate it opposed to the stale stench of last weeks jail releases.”

“This is in a terrible part of town. Property was a mess. No ice machine or any amenities. We were given a coffee machine that had mold in it. We only stayed 1 of the 3 nights of the reservation which made the host angry. He said it was a 5 star hotel and that was charging us for the other 2 nights. I did take out cancellation insurance which made him very unhappy and he hung up on me.”

“There were no coffee makers or microwaves in the room. They were getting new refrigerators but they weren't in yet but for some reason they took out the Best Western refrigerators without waiting for the new ones to come. This hotel is no longer a Best Western, instead it is Spark by Hilton. There is no longer a hot breakfast. Instead they have a bagel bar. The bagel bar was good if you like bagels. Aside from that, there was oatmeal some cereal and a machine that spit out vanilla yogurt....

“This is convenient to I 81 and close enough to small restaurants and store to make easy access and the location itself seems like a secluded fairy cottage. Very nice indeed for a good nights rest.”
