“AC was not working. Called the front desk about the problem, and he asks me to wait 10 minutes. After waiting, I walked up to the front desk to complain and he informs that the room was not occupied for a while so the AC would take some time to get started and asks to wait 10 more minutes, which I do. The wait did not magically bring it back to life. He then proceeds to acknowledge that the AC is broken and I'd have to find a way to adjust. On a hot summer day, I was not ready to do that. So I...
