“It was all great except room 200, junior suite was very noisy from traffic. Can't close window do to AC unit. Staff friendly, clean property, good bed.”

“The room smelled like someone peed in the corner and had little piles of insect debris under the window. The beds were comfy but made awful noises when you moved. The clerk at check in was not very informative. Breakfast selections were minimal and not appetizing. Giving this booking an overall "okay" rating is generous. We stayed in 4 different hotels along our vacation trip and this was by far the worst. Thankful it was only over night to get some rest and move on.”

“Historical building with lots of character, lobby fireplace was warming on a rainy day. The first floor lobby and dining rooms are very dark, great atmosphere but bring a little flashlight. Met a lot of nice people during our stay. The welcoming scotch was fantastic. We heard the breakfast was minimal. It was not, filled with all kinds of homemade apple strudel, mushroom quiche, chocolate pastries, many other delicious sweet muffins, etc.”

“This was an amazing overnight stay! So much better than we were expecting to enjoy it. The lions, all 4, were in front of our window for almost the entire stay, both in the afternoon/night and again in the morning before leaving. To have them lounging, playing, sleeping, grooming right in front of the window with literally your hand separating them from you by plexiglass is unforgettable. My 3 young adult children also agree this was worth the money to experience for a night. We also were able...

“Amazing from start to finish. Took my gf here for her birthday. Jaw dropping experience. Incredibly unique. The bungalow was clean, way bigger than I expected and just beautiful. The animals were active. Got great photos. Firepit and s’mores were a bonus. 10/10”
