“The location was perfect. Didn’t have to travel far to visit wineries or good food. Also a quick drive into Watkins glen. Loved relaxing on the patio with an amazing view.”

“The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff would be a reason to stay at the lodge even without being lakefront. Another positive is the size of the porch with rocking chairs facing the lake. Also an abundance of seating on the oversized dock, plus alot of seating on the lawn. The overall rating of 4 of 5 is due to some of the room maintenance has been deferred or done to a lower standard of work.”

“This vacation home was in the perfect location! Beautiful sunrise views from an impressive front patio. The property is very peaceful and spacious. We enjoyed our time at both ends of Seneca Lake. We walked Watkins Glen gorge trail and visited several wineries. Our favorite restaurant was Kinderd Fare in Geneva. After a full day of exploring we enjoyed some time around the fire pit. “My sister and I had a great stay. The house is freshly remodeled with comfortable furniture. The kitchen was nicely appointed with basic supplies and condiments. Location was great for us to be able to hit our favorite wineries. Owner very responsive and provided an excellent notebook with instructions and local suggestions. Location is close to railroad tracks as pictured. We were not bothered by the one train that passed during our stay.”
