We had a small issue with a terrible storm and the air conditioner and the manager as well as owner made sure everything was taken care of. Would definitely stay again. ”

The Host and Owner, Joe, was a breeze to communicate with and made everything super easy. We traveled with our little dog and everything was perfect. We will stay again. ”

“You had to drive quite a bit aways to reach places but it's a rural area. Very beautiful, neighborhood is very friendly to everyone. Very helpful with directions and questions. It's quiet and peaceful. If you need tranquility this is the place. ”

“The Wildwood Cabin was an absolute pleasure to stay at! There was no expense spared to make this home a great vacation rental. Steaks every evening on the grill, relaxing on the comfy couches, sleeping on the comfy mattresses, great seclusion to hear the natural forest sounds, and many more. I would definitely book again if visiting the Finger Lakes. Just be aware, don’t expect to work on your laptop here, the wifi is spotty at best but expected for the area. ”

We loved that it was old… But updated so we were extremely comfortable. And the location was perfect… Right on the lake. It was great that the house was within minutes of Hammondsport to shop at the grocery store or eat at restaurants. And you can’t beat being so close to so many wineries. “The house was very clean and loaded with most essentials. All the beds were in pretty decent shape, and ample room for the four of us. The location is great! Beautiful view of the lake, and walking distance to the “Switze” restaurant were we ate twice. Highly recommend this place. ”
