There's beautiful woods to explore as well as a creek that you can see out the window. There are accommodations for everything you need inside. I'm so glad to have had this opportunity to bring my family from Florida to experience New York like I did as a kid growing up on my grandparents farm.”

“We had very good trip to the Avoca/Hornell area. The home was clean and comfortable and the owner was responsive to messages throughout our stay. This is a good place for 5 to 8 people. It is very large and there is a lot of room to spread out. ”

“We were a little doubtful when we pulled into the parking lot as to whether we had chosen well or not. However, check in went smoothly and we were delighted when we saw our room. It was very large with two queen size beds and looked brand new! Everything was new in the bedroom and in the bathroom, including the air conditioner. “Snabb och smidig incheckning trots att vi anlände sent ( 23.00). Rummet var rent & bekvämt. Receptionspersonalen var jättebra, hjälpsamma & trevliga. Skrev ut vägbeskrivning & karta till vår nästa destination. Frukosten var enkel, goda våfflor. Tyvärr serverades frukosten på papptallrikar, plastmuggar och med plastbestick. "The pool wasn’t working during our stay, but that wasn’t a priority for us. Everything else exceeded our expectations. The room was slightly larger than expected and felt newly renovated and fresh. The rest of the hotel also appeared recently updated and well-maintained. Breakfast wasn’t huge, but it offered more variety than we anticipated—especially compared to similar hotels in the same price range. We’d definitely recommend this place to anyone."
