“This hotel services a small country village somewhat off the beaten path and as such does not have all the facilities of a major hotel. There are just a handful of guest rooms, all on a second floor walk up with no lobby. Check-in is done automatically/remotely. Still, it is a very serviceable and pleasant location to stay at when visiting the immediate area. The only request we would make would be to add a blow dryer to the bathroom amenities.”

“We had a wonderful time, the host was very helpful and friendly. The view of the Lake was beautiful and the many visits to the Golden State Park and Marina were enjoyed by myself and the dogs. We also visited the Yates Town Park which was just down the road a short drive. My husband and son went fishing and came back to a warm and cozy cottage! We loved it!!!”

“This property was amazing! Super clean and had everything we needed! Host was amazing and went above and beyond to get us lighting on the first night power outage! Kids brought us over some sparklers for our children, soooo nice of them! They gave us info on good places to see the fireworks and festivities of the weekend! Definitely a very comfy homey environment! Highly recommend this comfy cabin!”

“Met or even exceed my family's expectations to say the very least. Hav been going to NY from NC every year to a lake cottage since 1995 and this was the best one yet for families. All our friends & family that still live there wanted the info for this place in fact. Very well stocked with every day things from the start, didn't have to make an emergency run to the store. Thank you for the memories.... and don't bring your own games with you. Plenty of them there for all ages !”

“Do not stay here! It is unsafe. Water park is closed. radiators are stolen, back door is smashed in, over half the rooms the door knobs are knocked off, blood stains on walls, cigarette burns in sheets, black mold. Police came multiple times.”

“We liked the size of the rooms and the comfortable beds. The room was very musty, we did helping moving the second day after we complained. We felt the room was very over priced.we were on the side closest to the highway and it was very loud.”

“Stayed here for a concert at the amphitheater. Easy drive there. Reasonable rate. Room was clean. We didn’t need any amenities. There is breakfast offered in the am. Tim Hortons literally across the parking lot, can walk there for coffee. Easy check in. Didn’t have any issues. Compared to what we saw for options nearby, this was luxurious. They definitely recently renovated, future was newer.”

“2 adults, 2 teenagers stayed in this hotel 1 night. Staff very welcoming and we felt that this hotel had more of the personal touch than others we stayed in.We were given a bigger room with an extra bed which was most appreciated. Breakfast better than average and with real plates and cutlery. ”

“My wife and I stayed here for 3 nights and the room was perfect! The bed was large and the sheets were spotless. The room was overall very clean, lots of tv channel options and the AC was putting in the workkkkk! Would definitely recommend”
