“The view and gathering area in the lobby are really nice but the motel area feels like it's very old and falling apart. The floor on the second floor feels like it's going to cave in and there are areas where you actually feel like the floor is sinking under the old, dusty, and cigarette smoke filled carpet. The outside balcony on the 2nd floor was a nice feature, but the 1st floor balcony is open and there is a door that can access the room from outside on the ground floor. If they would invest...

“I was there for training. Staff was very pleasant and helpful at check-in. Room was very clean. I did have a room with a balcony, there were some large spider webs on the porch that should have been removed. Food was very good. Overall, a very good experience and staff was very nice at check-out.”

“We always enjoy visiting North GA mountains. However, this cabin needs some repairs. Several blinds do not have louvre rods, the oven only bakes up to 350 degrees, the master bedroom footboard is not connected to bed frame. It is propped in place between chest and frame. Several kitchen cabinets are very loose. The fireplace did not work when the directions were followed to the letter. The instructions advised of 75 fee to light the pilot flame. LOL!!
