“We loved our stay at Horowitz! The location was perfect, right next to the main square. The hotel is newly renovated with a nice classic feel but still top standard. And the made-to-order breakfast in the cozy cellar room was great. Some staff spoke limited English, but that was not a problem at all. Be aware though, there is no elevator so if you stay on one of the higher floors you will be doing some climbing.”

“Very nice hotel by the water. The majority of the staff is very polite, as to be expected, but as usual in East Europe there were exceptions, this time among the cleaning staff. Room (junior suit) was spacious and well equipped. Ont he downside is that the building code in Ukraine isn't what we're used to, draining from jacuzzi was missing which ledd to some folding, you constantly here water running in the pipes, when the guests above flush their toilet etc. However, everything looks very nice.”

“The hotel is fine. There are a few small things that make it a bit uncomfortable. The shower is such that lots of water ends up on the floor. The chair is too low and the desk is too high - your head is hardly above the desk level and that makes it difficult to work with computer. The shower head is way too small by contemporary standards. There is no desk lamp. The way TV arranged is ridiculous - or may be i did not figure out how the remote works - either way, because I am a rocket scientist...

“Snygg resort med bra bekvämligheter för den som gillar ett skönt polområde, kitchig sandstrand och snygg natur i sjöläge men samtidigt nära centrala Dnipro. Servicen var däremot urusel. I väntan på rummet som först blev färdigt 14.00 fick inga faciliteter utnyttjas såsom pol och sportaktiviteter. Vårt sällskap var hänvisat till restaurangdelen, där nästa servicefiasko skulle utspela sig. Maten två i sällskapet fick in bestod av härsket kött och reklamerades omedelbart. Vi beställde in nya...
