“My friend Lenny and I chose the Emerson as a central hub for our daily motorcycle trips. The whole property is amazing! Beautiful “log cabin” style rooms in the section we chose. Very comfortable beds and a daily morning dip in the large outdoor jacuzzi helped melt away the aches and pains of the daily rides. The bar was great and the food was too. “We were in town for a wedding and elected to stay at the family owned Overlook Hotel. This hotel is under renovation and coming along nicely. The rehabilitated buildings come with luxurious fixtures and relaxing decor. A perfect retreat! Being that it is just up and running, some ammentities will need to catch up. If your stay in the near future requires anything in particular, be sure to communicate with the owners- i am certain the be sure you have all you need!”

“We stumbled across this property when we were looking for a place to spend the night on our way back from Canada. The guest service here was excellent. We were greeted when we arrived and were updated on everything that the property has to offer and shown to our room. We stayed in the main house in the middle, and it was an older completely renovated farmhouse.
