“The facility met all expectations as a basic, older, roadside motel in a small, rural town, run by a family who lives next to property. It was clean, but furniture and interior spaces are dated and worn. It served the purpose of an overnight stay prior to a kayak trip the next day. Staff was friendly, ice machine worked, water was hot NOT fancy, but served the purpose, given the reasonable price point. ”

“Had not shared the Florida springs experience with my wife and our friends from out of state. The accommodations were perfectly located just outside High Springs which has turned into a lovely little downtown with great restaurants and things to do. Only 20 minutes to numerous springs. Great communication with the host. Will definitely stay here again next time!”

“Beautiful small town close to the springs and softball fields of Newberry. The home was a perfect oasis with kicking air conditioning and plenty of space for everyone. I'd definitely come again if we're in the area. ”

“Very cute user friendly. Id call it the Garden of Eden in the outdoor tub shower and bath common area; unique and beautifully designed-made the place a whole experience. My dog enjoyed her ability to run free on the property. Was a little confused on address, I thought it was withheld until day of check in so perhaps I was looking for it in the wrong place. Didn’t get any response back from property manager and cell went straight to VM but found it eventually.Also thinking some drinking water in...
