“This property seems to be used for some long-term living arrangements, very unclean, run down & non-working vehicles on blocks in the parking area. Appears to be unsafe in several ways. Nothing like the pictures posted on the Expedia site. ”

“The bathtub did not drain. There was no soap provided, so bring your own. The furniture was stained. The mattress needed to be replaced. There was a chicken coop right outside the window. The rooster started making noise at 5 am which went on for a least 2 hours.”

“Stayed 1 night as a pitstop. We did 4 of the falls in 1 day after leaving Nashville on our way to Gatlinburg & thought this would be a good place as half way point to stay a night. Camper & grounds were clean. Host was polite & lit a bonfire for us. Closest town doesn't have much for food only downfall for us that night. Would stay again.”

“Fantastic furniture! Beautiful decor..such a great little place. Hot tub was excellent. We had been at a rental in Florida that was more ‘bachelor pad’ style so we were SO ready for this place. Plush, cozy-exactly what we needed and the pricing is amazing too. I don’t repeat stays often, because I love checking out new places, but this one was a perfect rental at almost an exact halfway point between home and Florida for me so I might make an exception!”

“Not a terrible stay, but not the best either.Overall, the RV was about what you would expect from an older unit. It was clean and generally comfortable. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom and kitchen were adequate for a short stay. The couch is in pretty rough shape and likely needs replacing, but I didn’t use it, so it wasn’t a major issue for me.The biggest problem was the lack of working heat.
