“Bellissima struttura appena aperta, camere arredate con gusto e in stile montano. Personale gentile e molto giovane, sempre a disposizione. Davvero piacevole, ci torneremo!”

“Underbar personal och god mat.”

“I arrived there with a delegation of 5 (+15) people. When I needed to borrow a small conference room for a teams meeting they asked for 150 €. Not much for a day - but for 2 hrs. The staff and management was very unfriendly. Secondly: Beds were low level. Thirdly: Breakfast was not 4 star level - rather 3. Missing a lot of food. First day no fruit. Second day no yogurt. I will be back in Vercelly with same amount of people late in March. I will then book a different hotel - and these guys loose...

“Breakfast doesn’t really exist; it’s just a drink, some bread, and a hard-boiled egg—there’s nothing to choose from. When we booked, the price was 290, but when it came time to pay, it was 340. Also, there are lots of noisy birds, which kept me awake all night.”

“The room was very clean, the hospitality was outstanding, and the host was incredibly helpful. It was a wonderful stay.”

“Clean spacious room with helpful staff and a nice restaurant.”

“Ganska klen frukost. Väldigt vänlig och hjälpsam personal. Kort gångsträcka till centrum. ”
