“Vi bodde i båten, rummet Titanic. Golvet lutade på några ställe - kanske medvetet. WiFi är begränsat till fyra enheter men man kan be om mer. En udda upplevelse, men inte negativ.”

“Motelet ligger i utkanten av Otorohanga, nära en kiwipark och så klart Glowworm grottorna. Vi (fyra pers) fick ett eget byggnad med kök, vardagsrum och tre sovrum med minst åtta sovplatser. Ganska sliten byggnad, flera fönster är bara "glaspersienner", flygor, mygg kommer in. Dålig städning i badrummet. Enkel lantlig stil. Finns en enklare pool vid huset. Ingen luftkonditionering. Trevliga ägare.”

“Had arrived late in Waitomo, friendly greeting by hosts whom were very accommodating showing the suite and property grounds should I wish to take evening stroll. Was an early start next morning but super easy to check out after wonderful nights sleep. Would definitely stay again if in area very central to all the activities. Thank you”

“Mel’s Retreat was a very comfortable Suite to stay. Beautiful area, well furnished suite, and well worth the stay. Mel had more than one could ask for for a continental breakfast.Well worth the stay. Only thing I would comment on is it is a little tight for space.”
