“Quite worn out hotel. Not at all value for money. Dirty rooms. Needs renovation. Service very confused and unstable. Rooms not cleaned before 6 pm. However nice situated at the beach. Not possible for swim as to risky. Ok pool.”

“Beautiful hotel close to Galle Forte with a view to dye for. Loved our lazy days overlooking the ocean next to the pool. Great service and nice food. My husband had to work as we were stranded based on the war, and there was a nice desk where he could work away looking at the ocean. Only minus for us was the pool bar where the served pizza etc. We were the only ones for dinner one night and had to ask for our drinks and food twice?! The seemed totally not interested and did not pay us much...

“Väldigt fint hotell och supergod mat.”

“Bra men är inte ett hotell mer en lägenhet. Finns bara hiss borta vid garaget så det är lite konstigt och läskigt att gå själv. Lite långt från stan men det funkar samt en bra utsikt ”

“Very nice and calm hotel with excellent room standard and proffesional staff. Highly recommended!”

“There isn’t much close by just the beach and huge amazing pool. Wish there were more shops”

“Great location and hotel. Disorganised staff and bad communication. We biked a table at their seafood restaurant which they confirmed twice and when we came there it was not even expected to be open they told us. So as we didn’t want the standard buffet we went to Galle fort.”

“Only stayed one night on the way to Galle but could have stayed longer. Great location on super beach. Good food and service. Room nice but a bit basic for what one pays. Love the outdoor bathroom, though. Overall, very pleasant place and stay.”

“ I recently enjoyed staying at the Ahu Bay hotel that left an indelible mark on my vacation experience. From the moment I arrived, it was evident that this establishment had spared no expense in creating a truly exceptional environment for its guests. The well-maintained facilities, stunning buildings, and inviting pool immediately set the tone for a memorable stay. The staff at this hotel deserves special commendation. Their dedication to providing exceptional service was evident at every...

“We had an amazing stay at hotel Dormero. The hotels right in front of the beach which made it very convenient for us to go around swimming and other beach activities which were nearby. The room itself was kept spotless with daily housekeeping. The staff were very nice and polite. We even had the opportunity to celebrate new years with the staff and eat amazing food. Thank you for a lovely stay. Would recommend. ”

“Very nice staff all of them.Realy on their toes to make your stay comfortable .”

“Dörrhandtaget var trögt, svårt att ta sig in i rummet. Bokat rum för 3 men fick tex bara 2 kuddar och 2 handdukar. När detta påtalades kom personal med en kudde utan örngott.”

“Trevlig personal. Mycket god mat, både frukost och middag. Personalen kom med förslag på goda lokala rätter. Fantastiskt djurliv utanför dörren. Perfekt ställe för att uppleva naturen. ”
