“Junk containers everywhere, 'lumber' under plastic by frontdoor, pool covered, trash in pool area, weeds everywhere, dead animal on driveway pointed out to manager when arrived but still there next morning, broken luggage rack, dirty refrigerator, no chair in room to sit on, "reception" area like the Black Hole of Calcutta. Room smelled of stale smoke while bathroom had urine hints by toilet.”

“In a word, WOW!Place is def special- we had plans to go out drive to town, etc. but the place is so relaxing and nice-and our host was so welcoming- we just stayed put the whole time- super kid friendly and great place for rest.”

“My family had a wonderful time here! I would have given 5 stars, but small incident occurred where my nephew was chased by a neighbor's dog which caused him to run into the porch's fence which collapsed due to age and rotting. I explained this to the owner and he seem to be very understanding and had stated that the dog had posed some issues in the past as well. I did inform him he could check the cameras to verify my integrity too. During our stay we ended up running into an old family friend...

“This property was excellent. It was like walking into a good friend or relative’s home and being right at home. Laurie was phenomenal. She responded to any questions quickly. The property was clean throughout, fully furnished with everything one needs to stay comfortably for a few days. Quiet location. We will be staying here next year when travel will bring us to Jasper AL.”
