“Booked a room that was stated wheelchair accessible bathroom on hotels.com, this was not the case at all when we arrived at the hotel. We managed to borrow a shower chair which was good. But not a comfortable stay for me as a wheelchair user. Nothing was done by the hotel to help this situation. Our other big thing is that we booked the hotel in particular because it had a pool (for our two kids). The pool was closed for maintenance and opened an hour before checkout. We didn’t have time to use...

“Great drinks and super friendly bar staff. My only “complaint” is the motion sensors on the bed and bathroom would go off in the night and wake me up. I wish those could be turned off. ”
