“Very friendly and accommodating owner”

“Very nice and clean”

“It was a great stay! Fitted everyone just great, the main town is about 10-15 min drive and other necessities are close, would recommend!”

“Great cozy cottage for the Battenkill bike race. Fully stocked, great views and location. Wish the weather was better to really enjoy the out side fire pit and deck. Absolutely would recommend!”

“We had a great time here. It was peaceful, relaxing, and beautiful. Lynn, the owner was so nice and friendly. She was accessible and answered any questions we had. We went when there was nobody else staying there so we had the whole campground to ourselves. It was wonderful. We went there to escape from the city. It was everything we could’ve imagined and hoped for and more.”

“Great family vacation. The property is all we hoped for. When the listing said lots of steps they were not joking. Just be prepared. The property is on a huge hill which makes the views absolutely breathtaking. “First time glamping. Loved the privacy and beautiful view. Not sure if glamping is my thing. Very comfortable but primitive.”

“Very clean and throughly stocked with all the amenities. It’s walking distance from a restaurant, gas station, and a super market. I will come back again.”

“My family and I had a great time staying here. The host was very friendly and genuinely cares about his guest. It was easy to contact him when we had questions. And if you are looking for amazing pizza check out his truck stop/pizza place just down the road!”

“The cottage was beautiful, clean and quiet. It was perfect for a nice weekend away without our son for our best friends wedding.”

“One of the best getaways that I have ever experienced! The food was amazing the service was A and the scenery was absolutely breathtaking. I will definitely be returning!”

“Incredible stay! The perfect spot ”

“This was a great place to stay! We appreciated the hosts’ communication throughout as well as the home essentials provided.”

“If you are seeking the quintessential ADK getaway without the jet skis and crowds - this is the place! Cozy clean cabin home authentic to the land with amazing views for morning coffee and evening drinks. We experienced quiet, peaceful surroundings with only the sounds of Hummingbirds buzzing by, bullfrogs and large fish jumping. 15 minutes to Lake George attractions; though rte 149 has anything you need on it- farm markets, ice cream stands and mini golf without the LG lines.
