“Great property in Waterbury. Very close to the Ben and Jerry's factory. The hotel is old but clean. They accept pets but very much seem like they don't want to. On making the reservation I was sent very blunt emails about pets and then on check in kind of the same attitude but overall it was fine. This year there were two improvements: 1) the check-in was all electronic with text and email, 2) there was no longer a physical key, door had a number pad.
