“Property is beautiful exactly as described. Rooms was clean, Host was very helpful and loads of communication throughout, Was pet friendly our cockapoo loved it here and perfect location right by train station, shops and very family friendly. Rooms and bathrooms are a great size, Living room and kitchen area is stunning and was a really really enjoyable time.HIGHLY recommend.”

“Very dated and worn and not very clean. No welcoming "items' at all, just old long opened leftover coffee etc. Outside lights not working properly. Live TV only accessible by trawling through apps. ”

“The house has charm and it is close to the underground. My problem was the bathroom situation. Few toilets, even fewer sinks. You have to walk up the stairs to the bathroom. Waking up at 3am to go to the toilet I realized that there was no toilet paper in any of the toilets. The floors are always wet, because the showers and toilets are in stalls. Music was blasting on the highest volume at the reception at that time, at 3am. But besides the buzzing from the big fans the bedroom was silent, so...

“very poor ventilation in the room, freezing cold the whole room and the toilet. very poor quality of it. need to renovate the whole hotel. dusty environment, unclean room, sprayed with a type of chlorine like stench which needed to change the room. not recommended for others.”
