“Wonderful hotel and perfect room. I loved staying there.”

“Kids running through the hallways yelling. Cleaning lady next door pounding away on something (next to room 422). Elevator in center was broken. My key card went dead after each day…had to go to front desk for new keycard. This happened on my last 2 night visit too. Besides that…we love the place. Great Breakfast and restaurant/bar. Nice atmosphere.”

“The room was very clean and so was the rest of the building. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good. There is one thing I would of added to it and that would of been biscuits and gravy, they just go with eggs and sausage. =D The controls for the Air and heat was so nice cause it was on the wall just like at home! My husband thought it was the best place we have ever stayed at. That means a lot coming from him. =)”

“The shower and sink were clogged; I requested that this issue be fixed on several occasions, but my request was not addressed. I had to find another hotel. We were a team of three people (occupying three rooms), and all three of us moved.”

“The shower head was tilted almost straight up, with water falling against the far wall, so it coud not touch my body. It was so high that i coud not reach it, to change the tilt. The bed(s) were so close to the wall with the thermostat -- about 8 or 9 inches, and near the pillows of the closest bed. VERY hard to walk to it so I could adjust the temperature of the room!!! I had asked for a room that did NOT face I-94, but ALL the rooms on that side of hotel were taken. Traffic noise was...

“My complaint would have to be the cleanliness of the room. The shower did not look like it had been cleaned from the previous guest who had stayed there, and bed sheets and towels had black mascara make up stains. Overall, the cleanliness was not great. Staff were fantastic!”

“This is a newer property. Its a joint Residence Inn and Courtyard. Our room was immaculately clean and had a great layout. There was free underground parking attached to the hotel. Breakfast was delicious and had lots of selection. Front desk staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The only complaint I have is the flashing smoke detector right over the bed is distracting for insomniacs like me. Overall though I highly recommended this hotel!”
