“We had such an amazing stay at this beautiful farm! From the moment we arrived we felt so welcomed. We were greeted by the goats, kitties, and dogs each morning and evening when we sat out on the patio. The kitties even curled up in our laps and fell asleep. It was hard not to take them all home with us. The guesthouse was absolutely gorgeous with cozy decor and every detail thoughtfully considered. We loved relaxing on the patio and taking in the amazing views. It was the perfect place to...

“The view was amazing, however, the cabin was very rustic—one step above tent camping. Floor littered with dead bugs, hanging dirty dishes. Basic bathroom accommodations quite a distance away. The horses were beautiful and trail-ride was great. The trail included a varied terrain. Loved the incorporation of yoga”

“We had a great time at The Nunda Ranch!”

“Quiet and commfortable. Incredible views!”

“Very kind and helpful reception. The room was well placed for our dogs. Negative was that the breakfast food disappeared before 8.45 when the information said breakfast 6:30 to 9. My husband ate by our selves in order not to leave the dogs alone.”

“The pool wasn’t working during our stay, but that wasn’t a priority for us. Everything else exceeded our expectations. The room was slightly larger than expected and felt newly renovated and fresh. The rest of the hotel also appeared recently updated and well-maintained. Breakfast wasn’t huge, but it offered more variety than we anticipated—especially compared to similar hotels in the same price range. We’d definitely recommend this place to anyone.”

“This is a lovely, comfortable and clean lodge. Wonderful staff and amenities.”

“Lovely rustic treehouse in a good location for several state parks and conservation areas”

“The house was very clean and comfortable. Can see the slopes from the backyard. Great place.”

“Everything was so easy, from booking, to meeting our hosts, everything was just so smooth. The property was as wonderful as it was described. Our hosts give us a very warm, welcome, and showed us around the property. Everything was clean and very well kept. We enjoyed our stay so much and we are looking forward to coming back in the fall.”

“The cabin was clean and comfortable just as advertised and so was the bath house which has a bathroom and then a separate shower room. Joe is awesome , very friendly and quick to answer any and all questions. The property is beautiful with lots of deer a stream and plenty of other wildlife. Also only a 30 minute drive to Letchworth States Park.”
