“My mom and I really enjoyed our stay. Rooms and buildings are renovated, the area and surroundings are very peaceful, lots of activities to do & staff is very friendly, except for Chris at the front desk who does not seem to want to be there. Just a 5 minute drive to downtown Helen. Loved the oldies music being played at breakfast!”

“Upon check in we were informed there wasn’t any hot water, been broke for a couple of days, were told it would be fixed by 0800-1000 the next day! Went to our room and as soon as we opened the door, the room smelled of human urine!!!!! Went back to front desk, clerk walked to our room and immediately agreed it smelled of urine. She gave us a new room. Next day comes, 11 am still no hot water and again was told 1pm. At 5 pm, still NO hot water, was told by the plumber that the part just...

“Friendly staff and very clean room and bath.”

“Room and the especially the bathroom was not able to accommodate a walker for elderly that had mobility issues.”

“Ett slitet hotell. Duschdraperiet låg löst i badkaret. Schampoflaskorna hängde löst upp och ner. Inget positivt intryck med tanke på att kostnaden motsvarar hotellrum med mycket bättre läge. Frukostens utbud var uselt. Som vanligt i förenta staterna är det socker och bagels som gäller. Personalen i receptionen försvann med jämna mellanrum så det var bara att vänta och komma tillbaka senare om du ville något. Hela samhället Helen är rejält slitet och nergånget. En besvikelse.”

“Great”

“Parking was very convenient”

“The room was very clean and comfortable. Plenty parking. Walkable to the main street and attractions. I recommend this hotel 100%.”

“Loved property locale, close to town yet was in a pastoral setting. Didn't use property amenities cuz my focus was on Oktoberfest & shopping. Room nice, roomy, & quiet. Great view off the balcony, patio set perfect for kicking back & having a glass of wine or eating breakfast. Was not happy being unable to operate main bedroom blinds. They're installed on a downward slant & wand very difficult to use. Shower constantly dripped & had mildew! Used 2nd bathroom instead. Main bath & bedroom...

“Good property!”

“We stayed one night at the Hampton Inn in Helen Georgia. I was skeptical about Hampton Inn as I have never stayed at one. I have to say, I was very happy once we arrived. The front desk staff was super friendly and very helpful with suggestions (and a map) for dinner. We had a suite that was quite roomy! I would most definitely stay there again and recommend to my friends and family.”

“Location was great. The room smelled. The AC kept turning on and off all night, despite being set on low fan. The mattress was sagging and needed to be replaced.”

“I don’t want to say the place was dirty per se it was just a very old building. ”

“Wonderful place. Everybody was so nice and helpful. Will be back again”
