“This historic home is a little gem on the beautiful St John River. We found everything we needed to settle in for a quiet and peaceful week. While the home has been updated, its decor retains the feel and charm of its past. All was clean and comfortable. Sunsets over the river were amazing. Our hosts were friendly and welcoming, and made sure we had everything we needed. We mused that our adult children would have loved this place for a family vacation as children.”

“It's an old motel, so I wasn't expecting anything fancy. But, my room was extremely comfortable, I slept like a log, and I had everything I needed in my room to be comfortable. Also, it's dead quiet in that area. The AC unit in the room provided the most amazing white noise for me to fall asleep... it was almost nostalgic!”

“The property is fairly large and the kitchen looks nice, but overall the experience fell short due to poor preparation, lack of basic amenities, and safety concerns.The biggest issue was security. The front door did not have a proper lock, and our toddler was able to open it easily. For a waterfront property, this is a serious safety risk. The back door also had a gap leading to the deck where my child got his ankle caught—another clear hazard.Inside, basic essentials were missing—no kitchen...
