“From the first day, to the last day my experience with this hotel was everything I thought it would be and that’s excellent from customer service, cleanliness of my room to the breakfast was perfect. The only fault I seen was the indoor pool had to much chlorine in the pool and I could not see the bottom it was too mercury. Beyond the pool everything else was superb and perfect. Would definitely come back to this location.”

“Beautiful setting in Colonial Williamsburg - if you are fairly mobile, this is great spot within the Colonial area so you can walkl everywhere. The spa gym building is separate but it is a pretty walk behind the sister hotel Williamsburg Inn where you check inn. The place itself was a good sized room and we slept 5 of us for this last minute stay and we normally get separate roomed suites, but this worked fine and was more budget friendly. “Check in was quick! It was only a 1 night stay but my son snd i had a giod stay. Bed was comfortable. I liked the shower only complain was shampoo provided was empty but we made do! Breakfast was the normal fare but saved us having to eat out for all meals.”

“The hotel is in a great area, staff were very quick and friendly with checking in. Driving was very easy for us to get to our destinations in a timely manner. You have hotels, shopping, dining, attractions and etc. very convenient for people new or visiting to the area. Only one small problem, we seen a few strands of hair but not enough to complain. “My stay here was great! I was alone visiting my boyfriend, and it was easy for me to go pick him up and come back whenever I needed. The room was pretty clean, but it wasn't "perfection." There was some dust buildup and crumbs under the bed and behind the table. I only noticed because I dropped some things and saw it all when I went to retrieve my items.
