“The room was very clean. Bed super comfy! The staff at the desk answered any questions about our time there. Set times for breakfast which was just enough. Always fresh! Coffee was excellent and always there no matter what time we got in! Worth the price. We were there 4 nights!”

“It’s a little outside the city, but close to downtown. It’s quiet and clean (and cheap!). Front desk was great. Pool looked great, but we had other plans and didn’t use. Lots of food and shopping close by”

“We got there they couldn't find our reservations. They said your room is in that door ( meaning the middle of the building) go up the steps and your room is first door on the right. So we go to the room. The door sticks and have to bump it open. Got in went to the bathroom 2 dead cockroach's on the floor. Told my husband and he isn't happy. I go and tell them about the roaches and that we seen another one on the lamp alive. They said I will tell them to spray the room. I asked about being moved....

“Unfortunately, my experience at this Red Roof Inn was extremely disappointing. What started as a normal stay quickly became uncomfortable due to an interaction with staff that left me feeling unwelcome and uneasy. I understand that hotels have policies and that staff have a responsibility to enforce them. However, I believe there is a respectful and professional way to handle situations with paying guests, and unfortunately, that was not how my situation felt. Although I was not directly told...

“Great location for a rustic getaway. Communication was great. I was in Parkersburg to visit my daughter and we had a great time kayaking! Awesome spot! ”

“The room smelled horribly, dog pee and blood in carpet, tape holding light switch down, I walked in room and immediately left. Requesting refund!! ”

“I was pleasantly surprised about the size of the place, very roomy, and the sliding glass doors to the deck added brightness and a pleasant view. The kitchen was well stocked with whatever you needed, including cleaning items. I will need to travel down this way again this year and would certainly rent from Jordan again. Very homey place.”
