“Overall we enjoyed our stay. The room was clean, it was quiet despite being on the highway, and staff was friendly. We could view the ocean from the window, and the bay from the balcony. We were on the 5th floor in the south building. Bagels and muffins were available in the morning at the office. The elevator was a bit scary, it liked to pause for long moments then lurch around. “Next to beach”

“The beach house is quite loud. We were in room 106 in the beach house and you hear everytime the lobby door opens and closes and every person who talks in the lobby. Other than that it was fine”

“Though Tideland have their own parking lot I did not realize until shortly before arriving they charge $20 a day for parking. A/C and TV were troublesome most of our stay. When asked about A/C maintenance installed a portable A/C unit in our room. Tideland was waiting for cable provider to repair cable. Needed to ask to freshen the room. Staff was incredibly accommodating to needs I would not stay at this hotel again.”

“My husband and I booked the hotel for our 19th anniversary. We really liked the ocean front room. Very clean. Maybe put a side table on the balconies. We would like to see a safe in the rooms for security and peace of mind. We liked the bar/restaurant underneath the hotel. Nice hotel. We hope to stay next year.”
