“The room looked better than the photos online. It was spotless and everything was just right - the linens, the carpet, the water temperature in the shower. Sam was an amazing host - when there was an issue with the booking and I encountered issues trying to resolve it with the booking platform - she was helpful and reassuring. “Unfortunately, when we got there, there had been a glitch in the system and the property, although vacated had not been cleaned and so all the beds were made and no clean towels and the bins weren’t emptied. “Fantastic venue for a family get together. The ‘cave’ with the snooker table and dart board kept the children and adults entertained. Simon was the perfect host always on hand if you needed anything and the children loved the opportunity to feed the koi carp. Would definitely recommend The Barn to others.”
